3. Consent to Communication (TCPA Consent)

By submitting your information on our website, you expressly consent to be contacted by GetMyCar, our lending partners, and associated auto dealerships via telephone, SMS/text message, and email, even if your phone number is on any Do Not Call list. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services and that you may revoke this consent at any time.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site.
